A direct primary care subscription for an individual child (ages 0-18). Best for families with dependent children who are not eligible for Medicaid, or who want access to a provider who does not accept Medicaid. Included services:
- Annual wellness exam + lab tests
- As-needed in-office appointments
- Medical advice via email and text
- In-office medication dispensing (antibiotics)
- School Vaccinations, other services available for additional fee
